These don’t stop being amazing. I love images of places or things that have been abandoned. My internal “but how can something so many people once enjoyed and loved be forgotten?” mechanism goes nuts when I see them.

I always have this urge to hang around in abandoned places, like if I’m the last one there I’ll be the only one privy to the secrets and echoes of laughter that are left behind. There’s something fantastic about them, like the very act of being abandoned has left and indelible mark on the place. I like to find the things other people have forgotten.
